I make it a habit to get up early and go for a walk on the weekends. The route I take goes past a silver birch tree where I stop and have a rest, meditate or think. This became the Thinking Tree (hence the name cogitatione arbore).

Sometimes I use the walks for meditation, but sometimes for thinking and contemplating.

I started to record short videos (15 mins) of whatever I have been thinking about in the days before, or sometimes just what would spontaneously come to mind.

There are about 12 videos now (not all at the tree, but nearby) on the Youtube channel Cogitatione Arbore (link below).

The videos are not scripted or even well thought out. They are just an outpouring of thoughts on humans, many on meditation, non-duality and the nature of reality in relation to modern physics, or just whatever occurs to me at the time.

If you think that might be of interest to you, you can pop over and have a look at some of the content.

In English of course! I don't think spontaneously in German.

As usual- LIKE, SUBSCRIBE, SHARE and COMMENT as all of that is free and helps me a lot.

Om nama Shivaya

Lots of love

Rob
